A $50 Property Onboarding Deposit is required to begin setup of your first property. The full amount is credited toward your first turnover.
No Weekend or Public Holiday Surcharge
Scheduled turnovers are charged at the same standard rate on weekends and public holidays, subject to availability.
Notice & Emergency Coverage
We recommend at least one day's notice for new turnover requests. Emergency coverage may also be available with a minimum of two hours' notice, subject to location and availability.
