Client-Owned Linen

An individual bed means one sleeping position. For example: 1 Queen bed = 1 individual bed, 2 Single beds = 2 individual beds, a Queen split into 2 Singles = 2 individual beds.
Pricing includes GST. Final linen requirements are confirmed during property onboarding.
Laundry
Laundering is charged at $14.50 per bed per turnover.
Consumables
Option 1: Client Supplies Stock
Agreed items are replenished from stock kept at the property, with low or missing stock reported.
Option 2: AusWide Supplies Consumables
AusWide can supply agreed consumables, starting from $12 incl GST.
Additional Property Services
These services are quoted separately based on the property and scope required.
Deep cleaning is generally priced at approximately 30% above the applicable standard turnover rate, depending on the property condition and required scope.
No Weekend or Public Holiday Surcharge
Scheduled turnovers are charged at the same standard agreed rate on weekends and public holidays, subject to operational availability.

For multi-property owners, STR managers and accommodation operators, commercial pricing can be discussed based on portfolio size, property configuration, turnover frequency, service scope and geographic concentration.

Get My Property PriceProperty Onboarding Deposit
For direct recurring hosts, a $50 Property Onboarding Deposit is required to begin setup of the first property. The full $50 is credited toward the first turnover balance. For larger operators and B2B clients, onboarding arrangements may be agreed separately.
How Billing Works
Individual recurring hosts: Recurring services are billed weekly.
Approved commercial accounts: Weekly consolidated invoicing is standard, with fortnightly arrangements available where agreed.
Notice Requirements
We recommend at least one day's notice for new turnover requests. Emergency turnover coverage may also be available with a minimum of two hours' notice, subject to location and team availability.

For standard properties, the published configuration rates provide a clear starting point. Non-standard requirements are confirmed before service.
